Submissions may be sent to editors at datelinesilverage dot com.

Please make sure your submission is from a comic published between 1950 and 1971 or so. (The definition of the “Silver Age” is fairly flexible. However, it’s not the 40s and it’s not the 80s.)

Images submitted should meet the following criteria:
* the image should be as clean a scan as possible.
* the image should be cropped to include ONLY the newspaper portion, unless there is sufficient reason to include more.
* the image should be no smaller than 400 pixels wide and no larger than 500 pixels wide.
* as a worst-case scenario, you can include a clean scan of the entire panel large enough that it can be cropped down to at least 400 pixels wide, and we will crop it.

Along with the image, please include the following:

* Comic title and issue number
* Date of publication (month and year)
* Alt-text gag if you wish (we reserve the right to change it.)
* Information not obvious from image, such as hero’s name, location of story, date of story (if not in the “present”)
* Your name and website if you have one, for credit purposes

Please note that all submissions, while obviously not the “property” of Dateline: Silver Age, become part of its family.
